As CEO & Co-Founder, Alina Mukhopadhyay provides strategic leadership across the company’s development platform, overseeing the identification, acquisition, financing, entitlement, design, construction, and delivery of a wide range of housing projects.

As COO & Co-Founder, Darren Seary, FRICS works closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to translate the company’s strategic objectives into efficient development processes and successful project delivery. Darren oversees coordination across acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, design, financing, construction, and project completion.

Alina Zelynska works closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, Construction Manager, architects, engineers, contractors, government agencies, financing partners, and other project stakeholders to assist in the grant writing process and keep projects moving efficiently from planning and entitlement through construction and completion.

With a focus on public and private financing, grants, affordable housing programs, tax credits, and strategic capital partnerships, Sergei Shkurkin as Vice President of Finance & Grants, identifies funding opportunities and develops financing strategies designed to maximize project feasibility and investment potential.

As the company’s primary construction leader, Adrian Sladar manages projects from pre-construction through completion, providing constructability reviews, early design input, oversight of contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, modular manufacturers, and other construction partners.

As CFO, Kendrick Bates oversees corporate finance, project financial analysis, capital strategy, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial reporting, and risk management. Kendrick works closely with the CEO, COO and VP Finance & Grants to evaluate development opportunities and establish financing strategies that support the company’s growth and housing objectives.
